Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.

Staff and pool are amazing, better than Howard community pool

Great pool. We took some youth on a tour of Penn State and found this gem. I have no negative remarks about the pool or the people. I just wish they had had more food options.

Great pool, staff is super friendly, CRPR outdid themselves with this one! Note* - only come if you are ready for the best day of your life!!

I brought my 2 year old son and 12 year old niece and we had a great time. I felt comfortable having my niece swim in the big pool while playing in the splash pad with my son. The lifeguards were paying attention and very attentive. The water was warm enough but felt great on a 90Β° day and I didnt feel judged which is why I have avoided going to a public pool for so long.

This is a great pool. The staff are friendly and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The heaters keep the pool at a great temperature even when it is cold. Unfortunately, I've had to lower my rating because it seems as if the pool is providing less value for the price than it used to. When I first started visiting this pool in 2009, there were family fun nights and late night swim sessions. The pool was always open until 8:00pm, even if the weather was poor, allowing for lap swimming every day there wasn't a swim meet. Now, the price rises every year and the service quality diminishes. There were no events scheduled in 2019, they eliminated specials like "dollar days," the pool is closed early when there is rain even if there is no thunder, and the "school day schedule" now causes the pool to close at 6:30pm instead of 8:00pm. For the first time this year, my brother was not able to justify the increased $105 price tag to purchase a season pass because of the pool's reduced and unreliable operating hours. It seems to me that there are somewhat fewer customers at the pool this year. I hope that the government will soon recognize that if prices are going to be raised
